Okay. I get my order of operations mixed up over and over again..which is proably the reason I miss so many of my problems.
Problem one is:
14-16\8+9*5=
I did:
14-2+9*5
12+9
21*5=
105
Problem two is:
10-3(5-2)=
I did:
7*3=
21

Second problem looks good.
First one however, you made a mistake at 14-2+9*5
12+9
21*5=
You multiply first.
You would then get 14-2+9x5
12+45=57

The second problem is NOT good:
10-3(5-2)=
I did:
7*3=
21
10-3(5-2)= 10 - 3(3) = 10 - 9 = 1
Multiplication precedes subtraction.
