First, describe the isosceles trapezoid for us.
Which two sides are parallel? .Which two sides are equal?

Second, tell us which side is "2x - 2". . AB? .BC? .CD? .DA?


If the four sides are given in order, the problem is impossible.
. . If would mean that: .2x - 2 .= .2x - 7 . or . x + 1 .= .x - 1 . ??
