Algebra Problems (vertex, axis of y = -2x^2)

for y= -2xsquared, write the equation of the axis of symmetry and name the vertex.

Please HELP!
 
I can't remember the actual methods you are supposed to use but i always found it helpful to graph the function.

Since its squared and negative-parabola that open down
there is no (+) or(-) so the axis of symetry is the y axis (X=0)
the vertex is (0,0) also because you are not adding or subreacting from x or y
