Does anyone know a good scientific caculator that could do this online?
Or could someone show me a good way to do this problem?

Almost any inexpensive ‘scientific’ calculator will do that.
If you use MS Window, the calculator on the desktop can be made ‘scientific’ on the view tab: then use the x^y button.
Most other operating systems contain some sort of calculator program.
