Hi there thanks for all your help but once again I need your help :)!
I am totally lost cuz I first off don't even understand how to graph an inequality like how can you tell if it is dotted or solid first off? And what side to shade?

Like this example my teach gave my 3x/5 < 2y/3 + 1/3
