Is the following a quadratic or linear equation

2x^2=32 I think it's a quadratic because of the 2x to the second power.

(2x+1)(x-3) I think this one is a quadratic.

3(x-9)=-10 Linear

Could anyone let me know if these are right.

The second is not an equation but is a quadratic expression.
