Hello, I need a solution for the following defferential equation:

(x^n)(x + k)y'' + Qy=0

where n, k and Q are real numbers.

Thank You

This looks similar to what is known as a Laguerre DE.

\(\displaystyle \L\\xy''+(1-x)y'+Qy=0\)

Try googling it.
