for x > 0, solve the cauchey-euler equation

x^2 * y" - 2xy' + 2y = 2 * ln(x)

The solution to the homogeneous Cauchy-Euler (or Euler-Cauchy) equation is well known. You can conduct a web search. For the particular solution, look at linear and quadratic terms multiplying the ln term.
