3x+10x(5xsquare-7x-9)+(-9x+1)
3x+50xsquare-70xsquare-9+90xsquare+10
3x-30x

3x+10x(5xsquare-7x-9)+(-9x+1)
3x+50xsquare-70xsquare-9+90xsquare+10
How did (10x)(5x[sup:3nwd6db5]2[/sup:3nwd6db5]) become 50x[sup:3nwd6db5]2[/sup:3nwd6db5]? How did (10x)(-9) become -9? How did -9x + 1 become 10?

You might want to review exponents (http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=exponents), how to multiply polynomials (http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=multiply+polynomial+terms), and how to combine "like" terms (http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=combining+like+terms).
