  • having a hard time with this, I can't try it by myself becase I do not know anything about this, i am homeschooled & my math book isn't here yet and my mom made worksheets and she doesn't know how to do this. so if anyone could tell me how

Why are you being assigned homework from a book that you haven't yet seen, over a topic you've never yet studied...? :shock:

No exercise was included within your post, so I will guess that the exercise is related to the subject line. No instructions were included anywhere, so I will guess that you are supposed to simplify. But since we have no idea how much background material you are missing, I'm afraid it is difficult to know how to advise. Have you worked at all with variables? Have you studied polynomials at all yet?

Please reply with clarification.
