I need help finding out the percent that changed. For example, 23 to 130. How would I solve this problem?

Well, it just tells you to find the percentage of change and I'm stuck at the equation part. It's difference divide original number. I tried that, but it didn't work when I actually checked it with the answer.

What are the numbers - what subtracted from what - then divided by what - show full work.

130-32. Then divide 107 by 23. And I got 4.6521739130434782608695652173913.
