hey, so i am new to this, but anyone think they could figure out this problem, i am having trouble with it?

simplify

(X^2+5x+6/x+2) * (x+1/x^2+2x-3)

wish i could write the problem better, but i dont know how, but it is suppose to be x^2+5x+6 over x+2 and x+1 over x^2+2x-3.

Please start a new thread - with a new problem

\frac{x^2+5x+6}{x+2} \, \cdot \, \frac{x+1}{x^2+2x-3}

factorize the trinomials:

= \, \frac{(x+3)(x+2)}{x+2} \, \cdot \, \frac{x+1}{(x+3)(x-1}
