Directions: write each equation in standard form using intergers.

y=4x-7

please explain and show me how to do this step by step if possible this assignment is due tomorrow and I have 7 other equations like this and the example doesn't show me anything.

Oddly, "Standard" form has a few different incarnations. Which one has been defined in your book or by your teacher?

You move all the variables to the left side, then multiply by what it takes to start with a positive number.

y=4x-7
-4x + y = -7
4x - y = 7 -- That could be it.
4x - y - 7 = 0 -- That could be it.
