Using four 4's with either of these add, subtract, multiply, divide or parentheses to come up with the 2 integer. For example I came up with 3 using:
(4-4 X 4) /4 = 3

Can anyone help me find 2?

Incidentally
(4-4 X 4) /4 = 3
should be
(4*4 - 4) /4 = 3

\(\displaystyle \frac{4}{4}\,\times\,\frac{4}{4}\:=\:\frac{4\,+\,4}{4\,+\,4}\:=\:1\)

\(\displaystyle \frac{4}{4}\,+\,\frac{4}{4}\:=\:\frac{4\,\times\,4}{4\,+\,4}\:=\:2\)

\(\displaystyle \frac{4\,+\,4\,+\,4}{4}\:=\:\frac{4\times4\,-\,4}{4}\:=\:3\)
