-Evaluate, correct to the nearest hundredth: [(2.13)(1.04)/(0.13)]2 =

is the answer 290.36 what do you get?

- The graph of y = (x^2 - 1)/(x^2 + 1) is such that

a. the largest y-value is above the origin.
b. as x becomes very large, y becomes very large.
c. for all x such that -1 < x < 1, y < 0
d. there are points on the graph where y > 1.
e. none of these is true.

I think it is D

1) Is the "2" at the end meant to be an exponent, or is it another factor?

2) On what basis did you conclude this? You've done the long division to find the horizontal asymptote, you've looked at the graph, and... then what? (If you are supposed to use other tools for function and graph analysis, please include this information in your reply.)

Thank you.
