Suppose that a third degree polynomial has 0 as a zero with multiplicity 2, and -3 as a zero with multiplicity 1. How do I find a polynomial with these properties?

I am having a rough time with this particular topic any help would be greatly appreciated.

Using the root/factor theorem: \(\displaystyle \L
\left( {x - 0} \right)\left( {x - 0} \right)\left[ {x - ( - 3)} \right]\).

If a is a root then (x-a) is a factor, visa versa.
