im stuck on finding the quadratic formulas

Okay, I seem to have a hard time with finding the quadratic formulas. Any help would be much appreciated!!

x^2=8x-16

I know that first you have to set it all = to 0 so it would b x^2-8x+16 then you plug it in for A B and C so your number that is squared is always your A so A=1^2 then the number that has just the x is your B so B=-8 And your last number is your C so C =16 Then you just plug it in for you quadriatic formula and solve.

In this case, it may be better to recognize the perfect square trinomial.
