2) Evaluate each expression if w = -2, x = 3, and y = -1:

3) Use Product of Power and Quotient of Power rules to simplify each expression:

Your post was almost impossible to decipher; if I have misunderstood your meaning (above), please reply with correction.

When you reply, please show all of your work and reasoning so far. For instance, the decimals are pretty simple: just convert, using what you've learned about scientific notation. The evaluation is pretty simple: plug the values in for the letters, and simplify. The simplification might be a little difficult, but we can't find where you're having trouble until we can see what you've tried.
