I have stuck on the question below for 3 days so I really need someone to help me out.

(The number of hours needed to cook a turkey that weights x lb can be approximated by

t(x)=0.90x^(3/5)

where t(x) is the time in hours and x is the weight of the turkey in pounds.Find the weight of a turkey that cooked for 4hr. )

I tried it out but it looks weird to me.

After step (2)

x[sup:22ncdd4y]3/5[/sup:22ncdd4y] = 40/9

x = (40/9)[sup:22ncdd4y]5/3[/sup:22ncdd4y]

Now use calculator......

Thank you very much. I haven't learned the method you showed me, so it helped me alot.
