Hiya,
I have just started changing the subjects in Algebra and was wondering if anyone could tell me if I have this correct;
Make W the subject in P=1/3KW
So, 1/3KW=P
KW=1/3P
W=1/3P divided by K.
Is this correct?
Thanks
PS: Sorry I accidentally submitted this half way through :?

Texting this:

1/3KW

means this:

\(\displaystyle \frac{1}{3} \cdot K \cdot W\)

Texting this:

1/(3KW)

means this:

\(\displaystyle \frac{1}{3 \cdot K \cdot W}\)

You typed it the first way:

P = 1/3KW

To get KW by itself on the righthand side, we multiply both sides by 3 because that will change the 1/3 into 1.
