Why does 3/4 multiplied by 2 pi radians equal 3 pi/ 2 radians?

Could someone just show me the multiplication process here? I'm doing Precalculus and I sort of like to understand everything. I think it helps in the long-run, haha.

do you follow the following:

\(\displaystyle \dfrac{3}{4} \ * \ 2\pi \ = \ \dfrac{3}{2*2} \ * \ 2\pi \ = \ \dfrac{3}{2} \ * \ \pi \)
