Im trying solve r=Square root 4400/22704PI. I know the answer is .25, the teacher did it for us as an ex. but when he did it i didnt have my calculator, now i cant figure out how to correctly get this answer from the calculator, Any one know?

* It is already solved. You are looking to convert it to an approximate decimal form.

** The radicand is typed incorrectly here. You need grouping symbols around the denominator:

square root (4400/(22704*pi))

See if the screen can display this:

$\sqrt{ \ (}$$4400/(22704*\pi))$

or just

$\sqrt{ \ (}$$4400/(22704\pi))$

For each of these expressions in my TI-30XIIS calculator, the display after pressing the
equals key is 0.248370615.

3. Nice, thanks lookagain. What I wasn't doing was putting parenthesis around (22704PI).
