Im trying * solve r=** Square root 4400/22704PI.

I know the answer is .25, No, the answer can be rounded to .25.

* It is already solved. You are looking to convert it to an approximate decimal form.

** The radicand is typed incorrectly here. You need grouping symbols around the denominator:

square root (4400/(22704*pi))

See if the screen can display this:

\(\displaystyle \sqrt{ \ (}\)\(\displaystyle 4400/(22704*\pi))\)

or just

\(\displaystyle \sqrt{ \ (}\)\(\displaystyle 4400/(22704\pi))\)

For each of these expressions in my TI-30XIIS calculator, the display after pressing the
equals key is 0.248370615.

Nice, thanks lookagain. What I wasn't doing was putting parenthesis around (22704PI).
