illustrate those z complex numbers on the complex plane for which:
pi/2 <= arg(z+1/z) <= pi
z=a+bi,then (z+1/z)=a+bi+(a-bi/a2+b2),so

a+bi+(a-bi/a2+b2) CORRECT!
/\ INCORRECT!

Correct:\(\displaystyle \ \ (z + 1/z) = a + bi \ + \ (a - bi)/(a^2 + b^2)\)

I have told you once leave mathematics to a mathematician.
You correction is simply to the use of (). It has nothing to do with the question.

ricsi046 is as new user. one post asking a very interesting question.

You have never told me to leave mathematics to a mathematician. As I have pointed out before here
http://www.freemathhelp.com/forum/threads/84743-geometry,

In the past I had to correct your ignorance about the sum of the angles inside any simple
quadrilateral (convex or concave) adding to 360 degrees.

You are making excuses for missing *obvious* parentheses. You are a
sloppy/careless so-called "mathematician."

It has *everything* to do with the question. It's wrong. You're wrong! Accept it and STOP
making excuses.

*** Edit: STOP making posts about it, Denis.
