I need help with this problem.
If the tanθ = -(5/12) and sinθ < 0, find the remaining trigonometric functions.

I believe I have figured out that cot
θ = -(12/5). I am unsure which is positive and which value is negative in the fraction.

Please help.

If the tangent and the sine are negative, then in which quadrant must the terminal side of the angle be? Draw the terminal side there, and erect the right triangle on the x-axis, above it or below, depending on the quadrant.

Since the tangent ratio is the y-value divided by the x-value, then what are the x- and y-values? Given these values, along with the fact that you must be dealing with a right triangle, what must be the value of the hypotenuse r? Label the sides of the triangle with these values.

Copy the ratios from the triangle. ;)
