I will guess that the subject line, "Simplify Radical Expressions", does not relate to the posted expression, since no radicals are included.

Assuming that the numbers following the letters are exponents on variables, the expression appears to be as follows:

. . . . .\(\displaystyle r^5\, \cdot\, r^{30}\)

What were the instructions? What have you tried? How far have you gotten?
