Yes, some helper here can help you but it really does require you to inform us what you need help with.
Why not try letting f(x) = ax^3 + bx^2 + cx + d. Divide that by x^2 - 4 and let the remainder = 2x-5. This will possible yield what some values for a, b, c and d. Do the same with dividing by x^2 + x + 3.
