How do I work this out it has been baffling my brain all night

Let's simplify things a bit. What's the difference in % between 2 and 1?

Percentage voting for Candidate A in 2005 is [MATH]\frac{180}{235}*100[/MATH]Calculatate the Percentage voting for Candidate A in 2012
and find the difference i.e. subtract the two.
(I note the membership total remains 235 throughout).

Edit: please disregard, looks like we need to find the difference between 2 percentages, not the difference between 2 numbers expressed as %.
