Not much to divide, there. You have written [math]x^{99} - 3x^{98} + x^{2} + \dfrac{1}{x^{2}} - 4x + 3[/math]
Assuming that is not what you intended, I'm going to wonder if you have attempted to factor the Denominator that you intended.
