Finding a parabola using a table of rounded numbers.

I have a table of numbers that represent a parabola. The left column of numbers is accurate but the right column has all been rounded to the nearest whole number. Are there any programs or methods that could make as accurate a parabola as possible from such a table?

Excel can do it; so can Desmos -- which I see you are using! Check the User Guide, under Regressions.
