so, im a little confused on this table. What values should change each time? Does the a value or b value increase?

I see no mention of a or b. It might help if you showed the whole problem.

But i think you just have to fill in the same numbers 15000 and 1.6 in each row; all that changes from year to year is the exponent, which they have filled in for you.

On the other hand, you apparently filled in the 1.6, which is wrong. Do you see why?
