Any help with this problem is appreciated. Thanks.

If 2:k = k:16, find a positive real number that could equal k.

\(\displaystyle \L k^2 = 32\;?\)

Exactly what I thought. But that would come out to be 4 sqaure roots of 2. Which I don't think is a real number. Thanks for replying!!![/img]
