Hello everyone.
. Stuck in another question..
It's to do with the minimum amount needed to break even

The model we have is as follows

Y=-7.501X^2 + 5.980X - 0.622

We are told Sarahs profits are y in thousands
And that x is yoghurt in thousands of liters.

I need to explain and work out the minimum amount needed to produce to break even

And I don't know where to begin...
I had this question once before and the teacher just put a big cross threw my answer and said I should be able to work it out by myself.

What is the "mathematical" definition of the break-even amount?
