Operating With Real Numbers: identify property used

hey, i was never taught this, just told to do the homework, and theres some new properties. i did all the questions i could. please help. thank you!

1. the opposite and reciprocal of -2, 1, -4/3, 0.1, 0.25

For 2 through 8, name the property:

2. if x-2=3, then (x-2)+2=3+2y

3. (a+1)(a-1)=(a-1)(a+1)

4. if x+2=8, then 8=x+2

5. 1/3(3z to the second power) = (1/3 times 3)(z to the second power)

6. (2+x)+3=(x+2)+3

7. 2000+20 is a unique real number

8. if 3x=6 and 6=2y, then 3x=2y

9. expain why 0 has no reciprocal.

10. does a(bc) = (ab)(ac) for all real numbers a,b, and c? explain.

could anyone else help please? cause that link everything was in my book. thanks.
The number properties are what they are. Any presentation of them (in your class, in your book, in online lessons, etc) is going to say pretty much the same thing.

I'm afraid that, until you show your work and reasoning, we have no way to knowing where you're having problems. You initially stated that you'd been provided with no information on these properties, so you were provided with a lesson link to get you started on your studies. Now you say that you'd actually had a lesson in your book. So now we know that you're probably not actually asking for a lesson. But for what then are you asking?

Please reply with a clear listing of your steps and thinking so far. Please be complete. Thank you! :D
