Pi interval problems

So I have this equation. I am supposed to prove that at least one of the angles has to be Pi/3. The three angles are in a triangle. In the solution it states that because their sum is 180 degrees they are in an interval. I don't understand this interval at all. HelpIMG_20220128_094020.jpg
