Find the perimeter of the square with sides 2x + 3, which has the area equal to the area of the rectangle with dimensions x + 6 and 4x-2.

How would express (as an equation) the perimeter of a square with a side (=2x + 3)?

How would express (as an equation) the area of a rectangle with sides (=x + 6) and (=4x -2) ?
