What are the mathematical means that we have in our disposal ,so that we can check whether a mathematical proof is correct or not

You need to ask someone who has expertise in the area that the proof comes from if the proof is valid or not. This forum should be helpful in making that determination.

valid is a word used for an argument ,thus you are implying that a mathematical proof is a valid argument?

0a=(0+0)a is a conclusion and not a premiss
No, it's the result of the reverse of the distributive operation on 0a.

Perhaps you should list your definitions for the bilinear operations of + and * on the field of real numbers.
