Trigonometry with ferri wheel problem

When t=25, the green light will be at its lowest point. What is this lowest point?

At which value of t will the green light be next at the lowest point?

Not exactly. That's when the sine will be zero. But this is something like the right idea.

The key is that the sine goes through its full cycle when its argument goes from 0 to [imath]2\pi[/imath]. What values of t are those?
 
The silly thing is that I even said to myself that a point on the wheel goes from 2 to 22.

I guess that I get to spend the evening in the dark corner.
