– 2x[2x(x – 1) – (x + 1)(2x – 1)]

I have the result. I only need to "see" the process to get there. I've tried a dozen times, without success :-(

Thanx A LOT in advance for your help :D)

- 2x\left[ {2{x^2} - 2x - \left\{ {2{x^2} + x - 1} \right\}} \right] \hfill \\
- 2x\left[ { - 3x + 1} \right] \hfill \\
6{x^2} - 2x \hfill \\

Hi. After solving the components in parenthesis, this is what I got:
-2x [2x2 - 2x - 2x2-1x +1] = 6x2 - 2x ......................edited

According to my teacher, the result is supposed to be: 16x - 32
I don't know how to get there?

I know it's incorrect. Because it's the same result I got.
Like I said. I don't recognize any binomial formula there

S/he must be solving a different problem - your answer is correct (with slight formatting problem).
