Please provide us with the steps you have taken, and what exactly you need help with.

I assume this means: 100x^2 + 100x^2 -99x -1x +7 = 0

Start by combining like terms.

leo, please post properly: is this what you're trying for:
100x^2 - 99x + 100x^2 - x + 7 ?

AND: what are you asked to do with that: simplify?
The way you show it, there is no "answer".
