The graph shows a line from (-2,2) to (-2,0).

y= 2/0x + 0

I know that can't be right. What am I doing wrong? I understand all the others but this one is hanging me up.

sketch a quick graph ... the line is vertical, isn't it?

the equation for a vertical line cannot be put into slope-intercept form.

the equation for any vertical line is x = k, where k is a constant.

in this case the equation is x = -2 because each point has the same x-value, namely -2.
