Firstly, I don't know the formula for calculating Probability for Independent Events so I used this calculator here: (http://www.calctool.org/CALC/math/probability/4_events) (http://www.calctool.org/CALC/math/probability/3_events).
Secondly, the Four and Three Independent Events are separate situations, so really it's two questions in one. I've been scavenging the internet for the last 3 hours looking for other calculators or formulas, but none of them could quite give me the answers I'm looking for.

4 Independent Events
Possible outcomes of each event: 2 (Yes or No)
Probability of each outcome: Yes = 85% (.85) | No = 15% (.15)
Probability of:
0 Yes | 4 No = .05% (.0005)
1 Yes | 3 No = ?
2 Yes | 2 No = ?
3 Yes | 1 No = ?
4 Yes | 0 No = 52.2% (.522)
At least 1 Yes = 99.9% (.999)
At least 2 Yes = ?
At least 3 Yes = ?

[I think I figured out the answers to this one, but I bolded the ones I'm not sure about]
3 Independent Events
Possible outcomes of each event: 2 (Yes or No)
Probability of each outcome: Yes = 85% (.85) | No = 15% (.15)
Probability of:
0 Yes | 3 No = .338% (.00338)
1 Yes | 2 No = 5.74% (.0574)
2 Yes | 1 No = 32.5% (.325)
3 Yes | 0 No = 61.4% (.614)
At least 1 Yes = 99.7% (.997)
At least 2 Yes = 93.9% (.939)
