I have 1 independent variable as an antecedent to 4 dependent variables with the following path coefficients:

V2 = 0.21
V3 = 0.21
V4 = 0.41
V5 = 0.10

2 questions:

1. Are V1 and V2 significant? This has to do with psychology.

2. Are path coefficients cumulative or independent? In other words, through these 4 have I explained 93% (.21+.21+.41+.1) of causality?

Thank you!
