Hello,
I have been at a standstill for two days now. I am not good at math and need help badly. There are two questions I simply cannot figure out, they are: 1. What alternative answer is equal to 5.59? And...

2. What is the volume of a sphere with a radius of 4.5 inches?

I am stuck :(

Stop saying that. It is a self-fulfilling prophecy.

1. What alternative answer is equal to 5.59?
Wow, that's a tough one. A better description of the problem might help.

5 + 59/100?

Five and fifty-nine hundreths?

2. What is the volume of a sphere with a radius of 4.5 inches?
Sphere Volume = (4/3)*pi*r3 = (4/3)*pi*(4.5 in)3 = apprx 381.7 in3 = apprx 0.2209 ft3
