Our teacher placed our new challenge question on the baord but I have no clue what he is talking about.

Here it is:

I want to make a rotation matrix that will look toward one point.

What on Earth on this?
 
Please review the statement!
“a rotation matrix that will look toward one point.”
Matrices do not ‘look’.
Are we saying that the mapping will map all points to one point?
THERE MUST BE MORE TO IT!
