Question

: z1= cos(2x1)+ isin(2x1)
z2= cos(2x2)+ isin(2 x2)

prove that : (z1-z2)/(z1+z2) = itan(x1-x2)
 
How far have you gotten? You've plugged the given expressions in for z<sub>1</sub> and z<sub>2</sub>, applied some trig identities, and... then what?
