The perimiter of a rectangle is 14.9 m. if the length is 1.9m longer than the width, what are the dimentions of the rectangle? :? [/b]

Let one side of the rectangle be x, and the second side will be x + 1.9.

Perimeter = 2( side1 + side2)

Now have a go.
