HELP!!!! PLEASE!!!!

This probably sounds really dumb, but I don't know how to use a calculator to divde negative numbers.

Example: 58 / -1 =

I have a TI 36X calculator but don't know how to enter -1's valve.

Any help would be greatly appreciated (as well as desparately needed).

Push "1" first, followed by the "+/-" button.

Either way, anything divided by -1 is going to be - numerator.

58/-1 = -58
100/-1 = -100

unless it's

-58/-1 = 58
