I can't find this fromula in the boo, does anyone know where I could find it for this problem?

An equation for the line passing through the points (-3, 7) and (2, -4) would be?

Sorry: no.

How did you get a slope of m = 11?

Please reply showing all your steps, starting with how you processed the two given points in the "slope" formula.

Thank you.

Your slope is -11/5.
If you aren't getting this value for your slope "m", please reply showing what you've tried.

If you're okay on how to get the slope, then take the slope "m" and pick one of the original points. (It doesn't matter which one.) Take the "x" and the "y" from the point and plug them, with the "m", into "y = mx + b". Solve for "b=".

Then re-write "y = mx + b" with your values for "m" and "b".
