factoring polynomials

Which polynomial can be factored over the set of polynomials with integer coefficients?

A) x^2+5x+10
B) x^2+5x-14
C) x^2-5x-10
D) x^2+5x+14

I am not sure how to do this problem? I have looked through my text book and its really confusing? Can someone explain perhaps?

Hint: Study what your book tells you about the discriminant (from the Quadratic Formula). Then apply that to each of the listed quadratics.
